Me too. It usually goes out once every week or two, and it's usually early in the morning and not during the day. Ever since I started my summer break, it started doing it a lot more to me.

Depp's hair in the Willy Wonka movie gives me the creeps. And his smile scares me. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/attachment.php?s=&postid=1841970 Everything about him gives me the heebie-jeebies.

YES! I don't understand what could be so great about the remake. Just the fact that Depp is in it is enough to make me NOT want to watch it...And then seeing him in his Wonka getup makes me want to run away, screaming. Now I have goosebumps. *shudder*

I saw in that one thread over on the GSQ board where they were talking about the exteriors of the houses/buildings used on TV shows, and I saw where somebody posted the address of the MTM place in Minneapolis. I'm going to have to check it out the next time I go into the city.

We just have the bare basics in our cabin. Plumbing, but they recommend you wash up in the lake. A toilet, but you can only flush if you do #2 to conserve water. Good thing there's a window in the bathroom that's open 24/7  2 couches in the living room, one of them pulls out to become a bed...three bunk beds, two have double-sized beds on the bottom... Eh, it's pretty cozy but I love it. I always feel at peace there. Kinda like camping, but you always stay in the same location

Is that DAX. I saw you responded to him in that thread?

Don't beat yourself up about that. I still feel bad about all the things I did. :( We all were just in a terrible place at that time but I think we are putting all that behind us. I sure have been having fun on SO again and at one time I didn't think that was possible. :)
What happened :( Yeah me too

It is some people still judge others of their actions that took place in the past.
One thing that I am very proud of is that I judge other's by face value, not who they were back in 1995, not by many people they had sex with. I do not care. Everyone is human, we all make mistakes. Hell, if someone points one finger I can point three back...

Yes and no, it has been the story of my life. People not liking me because of the things that I did when I was younger. I have a friend of mine who mentioned a week ago that her father did not like me because I used to date guys in bands ten years ago. I mean come one, how stupid is that! mean while this man used to give his wife drugs and they had an "open" marraige and were into sex parties and stuff. I mean how hypercritical can you get! and mean while my friend his daughter used to be the town whore, had her daughter taken away from her twice, slept with over a 150+ men and drinks a lot and HER FATHER does not like me, because I used to date guys in bands...men whom I had a relationships with? People are really two-faced sometimes. They get off at the thought that they can get away with whatever and if they see somebody leading a better lifestyle than them, they have to criticize.

 There's always Yahoo TV. Git to it! :D

It's taken me longer to finish Bob Newhart than Brady Bunch. I zipped through the BB set in 4-5 days, and I started watching BN on Sunday. Six days now
You sound like me back in the days when I was taping tv shows. Once I'd start watching them I couldn't quit.

yea but it sort of defeats the purpose of spending $3.00 a week for a tv guide.

Hi Allison. Good to see you.

Yeah, naps always mess up my sleeping habit, too. I try to take small naps, but I always end up napping for an hour and a half.
Good to see you, too. :D

Ditto about messing up sleeping patterns. I was never much of a napper when I was in school, then suddenly in my senior year I started taking one every week. They'd be 5-hour naps, I kid you not. I would start napping at 5pm, wake up and it'd be 10:30pm. So I would get up, do my homework and then go to bed at 1:30 or 2:30am and be raring to go at 6.

Last fall, I had a night class on Wednesdays. I noticed that every Wednesday, I would lay down for a nap before my class, which was at 7pm. It'd be a 2-3 hour nap.

Talking about napping...:sleep2:

Seriously, though, you started collecting at an awesome time. You COULD have started earlier, but the 80's was still an awesome time for TV. Lots of cover people would kill to pay big money for now.

Hey thats the one.

I would have loved to start collecting them from the 1970's. We never picked it up then. We used the tv guide from our local paper. The 80's tv guides were the best. Their were a lot of great articles and the listings were easy to read. I hear in October TV Guide is supposed to get thinner and larger whatever that means.

I don't know what the first one and the last one are, but the one in the middle is a Dead Kennedys symbol. They were a punk rock band back in the late 70's, I even had a shirt that had that symbol when I was in high school.

Yup, if you had started collecting in the 1970's, you would have gotten even better ones then.

THe TV Guides were also only 60 cents. *sigh* If only they cost that much again...

My mom used to subscribe to a Cable TV Guide thing a couple of years ago and I think it was like a TV Guide for people with satellite dishes and whatnot. This was before digital cable got really popular. Our neighbor had satellite, so that TV Guide was very helpful. It was larger in size and thinner than the regular TV Guides...I bet that's what they'll be doing in October, adapting the same style of the Cable TV Guides. I wish I had saved one, so you could have saw what it looked like. :(

The first two (5.9.03 and 10.8.04) are May 9, 2003 and October 8, 2004. They are the dates I saw Vicki Lawrence in person. The last one, 8.27.05 is obviously August 27th and it'll be the 3rd time I'm going to see her.

The only problem with that is I'll have to find new size baggies to put them in. Not to mention boxes.
