Hey, Mike!

 We had tables, but no desks. I'm pretty sure nobody fell out of their chairs. If we did, it was probably from laughing too hard, and I did that on a few occasions.

Man, I loved kindergarten. :D
I loved first grade a lot better. We had 2 teachers. Our regular teacher was pregnant so we didn't have her until after Christmas break. Our Sub though was a nice old lady. I remember she had total white hair. She even sent me a Christmas card. :D

You have to remember though that my parents would only allow me to watch a certain amount of television per day. So that limited what I saw. I never had that problem. My Mom was a tv addict too and we watched a lot of shows together.

I can understand that. I guess because I watched it from the beginning I never considered it a girl show and because I was the same age as they were I could relate to some of the episodes.

"I'll Be Where The Heart Is" always reminds me of this close friend I had in 8th grade named Angela. Junior high was the low point of my life, especially 8th grade and she was one of the few good things about that time in my life. She moved at the end of that school year (89-90). Ahhhhhhhhhh, Three's Company. That went off the air right before I was born (Grrrr). They aired reruns frequently when I was a young kid, so I knew who everybody was, mainly Suzanne Somers...I grew up at a time when her Thighmaster commercials were still airing. Plus, John Ritter was in the Problem Child movies and then eventually the TV series, Hearts Afire, later on...in the early 90's, that is. John Ritter starred opposite Markie Post, who was on Night Court before that...Two very well-known actors at that time.

Simple walking for an hour will easily burn those 5-10 pounds; and stay away from sugar for a while.

That's harder than it sounds, at least for me. I actually have done pretty well in the past...I managed to go for an entire month without pop, and I've gone about 2 weeks a couple of times here and there without really having any junk food.

Eventually, I cave in, and then I can't stop myself! Once I finally feel my will bending, it's like a helpless crack addict that just stumbled upon an entire stash.

But thanks for the tip! Any and ALL additional tips, info or strategies are extremely welcome from everybody. :D

Chad Michael Murray

Then have one day of the week, where you go off your diet, and consume all the junk food and soda you like, then go back to dieting and exercising the next day.

Hey, you know what? That sounds like a GREAT idea! Thanks!

Although...

Soda won't be a problem for me at all, since I have no idea what that is. ;)

It's POP that I drink, sister. :D

Mr. Television

I hope by "strange" that's actually code for "completely normal, civilized and generally awesome". I know that you just don't want to REALLY say that to me, since your state is holding you hostage there and is watching your every move.

Whenever you escape to the North or...well, from wherever you are to a place that says "Pop", you can finally resume living a normal life once more.

Anyway, this epic debate is way out of our hands, and now it's up to fate to decide which one is correct--

Honey, it is soda here in the west coast; if you were to visit the LA area, and ask for a pop, someone would hand you their dad, not a beverage.

Well then, I would kindly hand their Dad back to them, and tell them what I actually meant.

Then they would thank me for this new, awesome term known as "Pop" and would quickly leave the world of "Soda" behind forever.

All I am saying is, that if you were in the LA area, and you ask for a "pop"; first, people are going to look at you like you have some strange, sexual hang ups; and second, 60% of the population does not undertand English, so asking for a pop, they might think that you want them to sock you in the ****ing face.

Well, then it's a good thing I always say "soda," and also that I don't drink soda anymore. :D

"Water, please!"

Do people drive past 11 in your town?, I mean, here in Southern Cal, even at 3 in the morning, there is still traffic.

Ha!, lucky you. I live near (about a mile and a half) from one of the busiest Freeways in the country; and all night, (if I leave my bedroom window open) I can hear the traffic, sirens, trucks changing their gears, etc.
I can hear the firetrucks and the ambulances and the cop sirens because they aren't to far from where I live.

BELIEVE OR NOT, people in LA are more polite (as drivers) than compared to Orange County and San Diego, the reason?, because of people..actually shooting another driver because of road rage (in the LA area); so, when you reach the LA county line, that is when you know, you are not going to have any prblems if you want to merge onto another lane, without having some ass cutting you off, or NOT allowing you in...I think San Diego and the Bay Area have the rudest, ****ing drivers in California. I have driven in some the wealthiest parts of the world (like Beverly Hills and Bel Air) and the other drivers are always polite...
At least around here I haven't heard of no shootings because of Road Rage. They just like to speed and try to hit the pedestrians.
