The 5,000 Fingers of Dr. T is on tonight. But my recording device, because of a little schedule misunderstanding, changed Sven's show name from just "Svengoolie" to "Svengoolie Classic Horror & Sci-Fi Movie". :confused: And, of course, you need to check it carefully because Me-TV sent out the wrong schedule to listing providers so they thought "Revenge of the Creature" was this Saturday, it is actually next Saturday. And on top of that, "The 5000 Fingers" is STILL scheduled for next Saturday (and this Saturday!) I can only imagine how pleased Sven is with this! :lol: It also called "Dead Man's Eyes", an Inner Sanctum, a 2-hour Twilight Zone episode AND recently, "Tarantulas: The Deadly Cargo" was NOT listed as an episode, but as a separate movie. Go figure.

The movie was good. RetroLee, he didn't mention Peter Loves Mary. There wasn't too much Sven shtick at all, actually. Bonnie, I think you'll like it! Fun movie! Very campy, and fun!

It's not really a famous TV show, but since Peter Lind Hayes and Mary Healy were starring in this movie I figured he'd probably mention their TV show. Oh well, that's OK. I watched the Dr. T. movie, as I was watching I thought overall it was sort of similar to The Wizard Of Oz, except with a lower budget and less extravagant production. It was interesting to see Peter Lind Hayes and Mary Healy in roles outside of their Peter Loves Mary show, Tommy Rettig is always good as a child actor. I didn't care much for Hans Conried but I've never really been a fan of his anyway. The movie was OK, a little strange, but The Wizard Of Oz is strange too. :lol:

This isn't really the type of movie you'd expect to see on Svengoolie, there was nothing gory or scary about it at all, it's more of a fantasy/musical movie for kids.

Speaking of that I knew that you knew shtick , not too long ago I saw something very similar on Welcome back Kotter ! :D And this morning on My three Sons, was a very insecure pregnant Katie ! Robby's getting ready for work at a restaurant job and Katie's saying how he's gonna be seeing all the beautiful woman there , and he of course says he only has eyes for her and the hamhurgers he will be serving! :D A coworker was to be picking him up for a ride to work, and of course who shows up at the door but a very pretty ,thin female coworker!!!! :eek: But unlike Julie , Katie didn't freak out and say "Your not the ONLY one who had a lover", she just sighed and looked forlorn ! There was never any dought of the triplets paternity!! :lol:

Here's a clue. In "Home again, home again" the scene has nothing to do with what will be going on in the show! In " Travel agent" the scene VERY MUCH has to do with the theme of the show! ;) :wave: :wave:

You are right about typing, but not Max! It's Barbara again!! ;) She is at the table typing up a paper for school! Than in walks Schneider with wedding presents for the Newlyweds. Than Julie and Max show up announcing the airline strike and that they need to stay at Ann's!:)

Greg Evigan is really TALL!! :eek: Julias Erving (Dr.J Go Sixers, Philly ROCKS):cool: guest starred and Greg was just about as tall as Dr.J !! ;) And YUMMY, seeing Greg in short, very tight little basketball shorts like they wore back in the day!!!:happyface

I know that I haven't been on too much lately, and that is mostly because of school and other stuff going on in my life lately. And plus tomorrow I'm going to a community college open house which I'm both nervous and excited about...nervouscited:) We won't be there for that long, though, but I'm going to be so relieved to check it off my list.
