That's a good movie, Biloxi Blues is a sequel, Matthew Broderick plays the same character as Silverman, it's also well worth watching if you haven't yet.

He's shown it before, so I wouldn't entirely rule out him showing it again. And, we're getting back to the Universal monsters this summer with Werewolf of London coming up June 2nd. The drunken ladies in that one are classic. Hopefully he also shows the original Claude Rain Invisible Man this summer. THAT is a classic.:) Along with the others, of course, I just "saw";) The Invisible Man first on Sven before the other classic monsters.

And then Antenna showed the episode of Benson where she appeared as a ghost and said "I'm positively alive!" despite the fact that she said she needed to gain her wings to become an angel in Heaven. Nobody knows what became of Burt (hopefully killed in the ambush), Chester (hopefully killed and got away with killing Danny and Annie potentially), and Jodie (hopefully became Jodie again but Maggie decides that she doesn't love him as much as she thought anyway.) Sorry if my scenarios are kinda bleak, but that's how I feel it would've happened. Mary would deal with becoming a widow and raising her alien baby alone, but with the help of Chuck & Bob and Jodie. Also, El would've died in an attempt to save Jessica in my scenario.:wave:

We're going out to a nice restaurant tomorrow because they are all so busy on Mother's Day, and then we're just going to stay at home on Sunday then.

The Mole People with Hugh Beaumont (Leave It to Beaver) is on Svengoolie June 9th. Cheesy, but fun, movie I think. I also love the extra added Svensurround.

Too early for me!!!! :crazy: I ended up going back to bed for a while ! :) I had a job many years ago, telemarketing that I had to be there at 6, so we could call back east business hours ! It was cool getting off early though, having a lot of time in the afternoon when most people were still at work! ;) :wave:

Here's how I would have solved some of the other cliffhangers:

Chester about to shoot Danny and Annie-- Chester was a bit of a wimp, so after some back and forth dialog with them he can't go through with it and just runs off

Jodie as old Jewish man--something happens to shock him out of it, a reminder of his past life. Maybe either Carol or Dennis reappears?

Burt being attacked--soaps usually like someone in the hospital, so he's injured in the attack but not killed

Jonathan is NOT one bit like Alex! !! :mad: :( :p

Jonathan could have very much played Max's little Brother in ODAAT if a Season 10 took place and Max's family was introduced, he could be a recurring character! ;) Jonathan Silverman although he isn't identical to Michael Lembeck they are on the same type !;) Both have very similar hair, beautiful thick dark hair and dark eyes! Michael is more handsome but Jonathan is taller! Anyway they both have the cute Jewish charm and similar mannerisms as well! They would be very believable Brothers! :)

Again , Jonathan is nothing like Alex!!:confused: Alex BLAH !! :p

Jonathan's character, very slapstick and physical humor. :D He's like a Jewish John Ritter!;) Jonathan was like a total cross between Jack Tripper and Max Horvath!! :)

I really LOVE him, and Julie I like her too. She's not ugly, she's just plain, there is a difference ! Poor thing had VERY bad eyesight!! Back than the eyeglass choice wasn't like it is now! If a person had really bad eyesight they were stuck with very thick, big unattractive glasses! ! :( Poor Julie was sensitive about this, it was addressed in some eps. She was a good, smart, sweet girl who had two Sister's who were much prettier than her!! Along comes sweet, good hearted goofy ,yet good looking Jonathan who saw a beautiful princess in her!! :) God bless him and her, it is such a sweet love story!! :)

Shame on you Sven for calling her ugly and hating on her and Jonathan! :mad: That makes me sad!!:(

No, don't ever feel guilty of that!! I loved seeing Val's old family pictures. Very cute!! And after all this IS a ODAAT forum , actors and actresses who played in the show is what we really should be posting about right?, ;) :D

And again ,I LOVE the Lembeck family picture!! :) I wonder what year that was? Helaine is 4 years younger than Michael, she looks about 3 or 4 there, so 1955-56 or so? Michael about 7 or 8? . He looks younger, but than he always looked younger. Playing teenagers when he was already in his 20's!! SO ADORABLE!! What a cute little boy !! :) And Helaine too, she looks so happy and thrilled with that book and having Daddy reading!!:) So precious!! :) And Harvey was about Michael's age when he first started playing Max I'm thinking?? He was nice looking!! ;)

Some quick research shows the ep originally aired on May 2, 2012, so figuring it was taped at the end of '11 or early '12, it would have made him probably 46 there. (Being born in 1966, he's only 51 today :wave: )

Oh, I got it wrong! I read his wiki bio and I thought it said he was born in 1956! Must have not had my reading glasses on .:crazy: That makes sense cause he looked young on Gimme a break and Brighton Beach to be born in 1956!! ;)

How cool is this? He is very orthodox. His Father is a rabbi even!! ;) He does have a slight Yiddish type accent, I noticed on Gimme a break. That you pretty much only hear on really old Jewish people these days! It's cool, he was born in Los Angeles, but I guess his family came from NY, like Michael Lembeck who came out here when he was really young retained the family NY accent a bit, like Jonathan also sounds NY ish with the hint of Yiddish even being his Dad is a rabbi!! :)

Hey guys I hope you're all doing well.

Soon after I checked in again with you about 5 weeks ago my mother went back to the hospital and now she is in another rehab trying to get better that is why I have not been around lately. It has been a very rough time for her and my family but God keeps blessing her with second ,third ,fourth and fifth chances. I guess He knows that I really can't function on this Earth without her. When she goes I want to go with her anyway... Happy Mother's Day.:eek: :D :wave: :( :crazy: :wave:

From this photo you can see that after she graduates from this place in the next few weeks she has to seriously get her hair done :D but I just want you to know that I'm thinking about you and hope you all know how much I miss you and think of you fondly.:)

I think Jonathan Silverman is cute too. He should have had a bigger career. It's like Hollywood didn't know what to do with him. He seems like a very nice guy in real life and I liked him very much on Gimme a Break with Julie. But I also think that opinions are like butts, everyone's got one so I can see why he may not appeal to everybody on the planet. Different Strokes different folks.:) Last time I checked he was married to one of the Bridget's from The Bold and the Beautiful who won 3 Emmys back in the day. They also seem like a super cute couple in real life.
