Why did Scott Baio's lawyers think it would've been a good idea to appear on TV seemingly so unprepared?







Basically, Scott's whole position appears to be that Nicole's claims are unbelievable because there were too many people on set for something untoward to have happened. And when asked if she was ever in his garage as she alleged, his response was something like "I don't know what she's talking about." He also said that that Nicole actually seduced him when she came to his house once she was 18 and what red blooded American male could resist that. And while, I wouldn't blame Scott for being angry if he was falsely accused, why would he have decided to do this interview pre-recorded instead of live?

If this really happened, she would not have voluntarily consented to appear on his VH-1 hit celebreality tv series "SCOTT BAIO IS 45 AND SINGLE" just a few years afterwards.

Why in the world would Nicole cheerfully seek to work with Scott again during her later adult years on "45 AND SINGLE" ??

If he was really abusing / molesting her as she allegedly claims now, she would have desperately wanted to stay away from him after the end of "Charles In Charge".

But she did not. She clearly did no such thing. This does not make any logical sense at all.

Whoever heard of a rape victim or victim of sexual molestation eagerly agreeing to participate later in the future TV show of her alleged assailant ??

Scott Baio has multiple documents and audio evidence to defend his innocence against her false allegations.

Think about it this way for a moment, what exactly does Nicole have to gain if she knowingly falsely accused Scott of being inappropriate with her on set? Especially on the set of the show that made her a star and a household name.

With all due respect, it isn't like Nicole Eggert has a reputation in Hollywood at stake. I mean, Nicole the last time I checked, survived bankruptcy at least three times, and was making a living literally driving an ice cream truck. Plus, she literally had doctors film her cosmetic surgery.

he did a recorded rebuttle to her false claims and put it up on his facebook before this. if you watch everyone of nicoles apperances on these alligations she changes her story over and over again. she wanted atentiion , money work. you name it. this once apperace scott made the interviewer was not evne telling the whole thing on stories she was asking him about. he should have been able to talk on more shows.

Nicole is liar i even had the call sheet that list all the security. the child mindor that was there and every else that was there. also have article josie davis did during the last season of the show stating there parents were always there. nothing she or alexander said was true. move on. everyone else has.
