Nicole Eggert is a lying piece of trash.

If this really happened, she would not have voluntarily consented to appear on his VH-1 hit celebreality tv series "SCOTT BAIO IS 45 AND SINGLE" just a few years afterwards.

Why in the world would Nicole cheerfully seek to work with Scott again during her later adult years on "45 AND SINGLE" ??

If he was really abusing / molesting her as she allegedly claims now, she would have desperately wanted to stay away from him after the end of "Charles In Charge".

But she did not. She clearly did no such thing. This does not make any logical sense at all.

Whoever heard of a rape victim or victim of sexual molestation eagerly agreeing to participate later in the future TV show of her alleged assailant ??

Nobody except lying Nicole Eggert.

Scott Baio has multiple documents and audio evidence to defend his innocence against her false allegations.

where is this so-called evidence Scott has? so far his "evidence" was to proclaim his innocence on a live broadcast and argued that he couldn't be lying because it was LIVE.

Nicole explained her appearance on his show - whether you agree with the logic behind it is moot and not evidence. Scott has already admitted to having a physical relationship with Nicole - but he now claims it all happened after CIC ended and they were no longer working together. If it happened earlier - when she was a young teenager - then even if the relationship was "consensual" it still would have been innappropriate (and statuatory rape).

Why don't we wait and see what actual evidence is prevented instead of making judgements purely based on your political associations? If you want to argue about politics go to the politics board or some other website instead of trying to start an argument here.

Eggert was going back and forth with Baio fans on Twitter Wednesday and at one point said :

"ASK SCOTT BAIO WHY HE DEMANDED JOSIE DAVIS PULL HER PANTS DOWN WHEN SHE WAS 13."

Eggert later deleted the tweet but not before Davis got wind of it.

Josie, who played Sarah Powell on "Charles In Charge", just came to Scott's defense and called the allegation completely false :

"THE ALLEGATION THAT NICOLE EGGERT MADE ON TWITTER SAYING SCOTT BAIO WAS INAPPROPRIATE WITH ME IS COMPLETELY FALSE.

I ONLY HAD A POSITIVE AND A PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM.

OUT OF RESPECT FOR THOSE INVOLVED, I WILL NOT BE RESPONDING FURTHER ON THE MATTER."

Scott's legal representative, Brian Glicklich, tells TMZ :

"FROM THE BEGINNING, NICOLE EGGERT'S INCONSISTENT STORIES HAVE PROVEN HER CLAIMS TO BE UNTRUE.

SHE HAS TRIPPED OVER HER WORDS AGAIN AND IT IS TIME TO RECOGNIZE THIS AS A CHARADE.

When the alleged Charles in Charge assaults took place in the 1980s, the statute of limitations was three years, which means it has long since run out, according to TMZ. Eggert says she expected the result, but adds that she wanted to lay the "groundwork" if any future accusations were made against Baio.

Take this if you will, but there is this podcast by AJ Benza (the former host of E!'s Mysteries and Scandals), who reports on Hollywood gossip/issues etc.

He posted a podcast which states that Nicole Eggert had a boyfriend who used to come onto the set of Charles in Charge when she was younger. Who she ended up living with at around 16/17 and ran away to Vegas with to marry in 1990/1991 when she was 18/19 (I don't know the guy's name; he's not famous but he states his name and the marriage certificate). This means that within two years she went from this guy who she married in Vegas in 1991 to Scott Baio and then to Corey Haim in 1993.

If anything, this pretty much kicks any credibility she has about sleeping with and losing her virginity to Scott at 17 as she was living with and sleeping with her then boyfriend at this time. Nicole had already cast doubt on herself when she was faced with her statements from that other podcast where she said she lost her virginity to Baio. She explained it away by saying she was lying then because she was putting on an act to make for good radio, but as soon as she was off the air she told the hosts the truth and how Baio abused her.

She also stated at one point years ago that she and Corey Haim were together when they were underage but Corey Feldman pulled her on Twitter about that and stated that she "seems to have the timelines a bit blurred" as it was around Blown Away in 1993 when she and Corey Haim hooked up.

Scott Baio has finally been told in black and white that Nicole Eggert's fake claims of sexual assault by the actor
were not believed to be "credible" by the District Attorney.

Officials working for the Los Angeles County District Attorney have refuted actress Nicole Eggert's false claims that
they found her accusations against Scott Baio "credible".

In a letter to Baio's attorney from L. A. District Attorney Jackie Lacey through one of her deputy D.A.'s,
it is made clear the only reason the Baio case was declined for prosecution was because the statute of limitations
had expired and no other factors weighed on the decision.

Prosecutors reviewed the case and shut it down last month citing the expiration of the statute of limitations

Why in the world would Nicole cheerfully seek to work with Scott again during her later adult years on "45 AND SINGLE" ?? If he was really abusing / molesting her as she allegedly claims now, she would have desperately wanted to stay away from him after the end of "Charles In Charge". But she did not. She clearly did no such thing. This does not make any logical sense at all. Whoever heard of a rape victim or victim of sexual molestation eagerly agreeing to participate later in the future TV show of her alleged assailant ?? Nobody except lying Nicole Eggert. Scott Baio has multiple documents and audio evidence to defend his innocence against her false allegations.

Eggert says she expected the result, but adds that she wanted to lay the "groundwork" if any future accusations were made against Baio.
