David Carradine a couple of years later starred in a film called Death Sport(my dad took me to see it at the drive in), even though it wasn't related to DR 2000, they advertised it like it was. Watching it as an adult- Pretty bad, some of the sets and clothing looked like they were stolen from Buck Rogers(the late 70's version)
I also recommend the remake/prequel Death Race ('08). Less comedy and story, but more action and grit, with not much CGI, and bonus, David Carradine voices the first Frankenstein.

It's not a movie, but I've been watching every episode of the original "Forsyte Saga." :) Love it.

The Forsyte Saga is not a miniseries... in my life, it's an event. First I watch every episode of the original show, then the second part of the original show, then the remake, then the sequel to the remake. When I'm not watching the episodes I'm reading the books or visiting websites dedicated to them. Oh, and I have the soundtrack CD in my car. For some reason, everyone in my family avoids me when I'm in Forsyte land :lol: :wave:

Yeah, Fighting was awful. For a movie about fighting there was hardly any in it and the fighting that it had was pretty bad.

I liked Never Back Down a lot better and Redbelt was also very good. I'd recommend those.

I assume you mean Just One of the Guys, which is a very funny movie :) ... Joyce Hyser is great in the movie, and, IMO, way hotter as a 'guy', than a girl, in it, just like Amanda Bynes is way cuter as a 'guy', than a girl, in She's the Man (a similar kind of movie)... But if they really were guys, then that wouldn't be hot/cute at all, if that makes sense (to anyone's mind except my own) lol... Err, anyway, I haven't seen a movie since I saw Fighting last week, just my VHS tape of Leslie Chazin's Light Weight Training, to try and forget I even saw Fighting :| lol... I actually looked up One of the Guys, to see if there was a movie with that title, and there is, but it hasn't been released yet...

A beautiful documentary. Both heartbreaking and uplifting. I've watched it three times. I can't say enough about Susan Tom -- her strength, huge heart, compassio, selflessness, etc, etc, etc. She deserves some kind of medal or honor.
