IMO, Ray Liotta or Steve Buscemi would be perfect in that role.
HUH?? Ummmm the new villain in the NEXT film , you mean?? ( Which seems likely to be the Joker , judging by the end of BB )

Batman & Robin Stars Recall Baffling Filming Experience

Robin and Batgirl had no idea what was going on in Joel Schumacher's campy ode to Batman.

Dumb Things In 1989's Batman Everyone Ignored

When it was released in theaters, 1989's Batman was a huge hit. Starring Michael Keaton as the titular Dark Knight and Jack Nicholson as the Joker, the blockbuster made director Tim Burton a household name. But Batman is far from a perfect movie.

Why did Batman & Robin (1997) collapse so spectacularly? In this video, we break down the rise and fall of Joel Schumacher’s neon Batman sequel — from studio confidence and behind-the-scenes conflicts to disastrous test screenings, Alicia Silverstone’s media backlash, George Clooney’s self-aware PR strategy, and the DC universe plans that were instantly scrapped after the film bombed. We also explore how Warner Bros. shifted from toy-driven spectacle to Christopher Nolan’s Batman Begins, and why this infamous flop froze DC’s cinematic ambitions for years.

If you’re into Hollywood history, box office disasters, studio interference, and the real story behind one of the most controversial superhero movies ever made — this one’s for you.
