It seems like Ted was a perfectionist to the extreme. I read an interview with Jm J. Bullock (or however he spells his name) that Ted always pushed the cast to do their absolute best. Not a bad thing per se, but now HE was the star and not a supporting player like he was on TMTMS. That may have led to a bit of friction on the set. But he had Emmys and the whole nine yards, so he certainly had the clout by that point.

I miss opening credit/theme song sequences. It gave you a sense of what the show was about and you knew who the actors were.

I curse the networks for chipping away the actual program times for more commercials, forcing TV show producers to eliminate these so they can squeeze a story into 20 minutes.

I haven't seen TCFC yet, I want to someday though, but I like the theme music. This being said however, I think that Keep It In The Family (English sitcom TCFC was based on for those not in the know) had even better theme music.
