Nicole Eggert’s Charles in Charge brother alleges he "suffered a physical assault at the hands of Scott Baio"
After Eggert and co-star Alexander Polinsky met with the LAPD yesterday so she could file a police report against Baio, Polinsky released the following statement: “I witnessed Scott Baio acting inappropriately towards Nicole Eggert during my first year of working on the show. I walked in on them together behind the set. Nicole was on Scott's lap and he did not appreciate my intrusion. He yelled at me and called me various homophobic slurs. Growing up on the show I received regular verbal attacks, mental abuse and I also suffered a physical assault at the hands of Scott Baio."

Alexander Polinsky has not explained at all his joyful attendance of SCOTT BAIO'S 50TH BIRTHDAY celebration festivities a mere six or seven years ago.

There are pictures of him happily embracing Scott and vainly preening in front of the cameras just to get into the frame.

If he was traumatically bullied or harmed during the series "Charles In Charge" which ended more than twenty years ago,
why was Alex cheerfully attending Scott's birthday party just several years ago ?

Who ever heard of a bullying victim or a victim of sexual harassment voluntarily attending the birthday parties of his alleged bully or tormentor ??

Nobody except lying Alex Polinsky.

It does not make sense at all. There is no logic to this kind of two-faced social behavior.

Eggert tweeted then deleted an allegation that Baio demanded that Josie Davis pull her pants down when she was 13. Davis responded via Instagram that the allegation was completely false. "I only had a positive and professional relationship with him," she wrote.

What does Scott have to apologize for? It is Nicole Eggert and Alexander Polinsky who set him up and lied about him for their own personal gain. Scott is the one who has been hurt. They should be apologizing to him.

I know that I'm about to deal with a bit of a conspiracy theory, but I never understood the full story behind her mysterious disappearance from the show despite continuing to be billed in the opening credits. One now has to wonder if all of this stuff about Scott is true, that Sandra's role was diminished as retaliation (Ellen Travolta as Charles' mom was ostensibly brought in to be Mrs. Powell's replacement) for attempting to "speak up" about the matter.

they simply could not afford to pay Sandra and Ellen at the same time. One never replaced the other. they just took turns with them. Both are still friends of Scotts. If you have copy of e true hollywood story of charles in charge she never saiod negative thing about him. neither have. Alexander was n ot telling the turth either. the tea story never happened to any of the cast. it was crue story alexander manipulated. the other things were willi aames pranks that were taken care of at the time. willi flashed alexander thinking he was flashing scott . he admited on talk show jenny jones or sally jesse raphael . there was investigation started by alexanders father at the tinme. so it was taken care of. willi is the one pulled down alexanders pants or shorts down as joke. alexander was crying the dressing room and coulcer on set made him apologize read about in article years ago one producer i think talked on it. alexander was just mad because casue scott didnt vote for who he wanted. And willi and him are still friends. so oviously it dint bother him ad muc has he says.
