Beauty is in the eye of the beholder I guess. I personally think Nicole is the prettier of the two but I don't think Josie was ugly at all. Anyone who'd call out "there's the ugly girl" in any situation seriously lacks social skills.

I don't mind Sarah at all. But I do admit I don't think the show would have lost something if she left.

Michael, I'm glad to hear that you are a fan of Lila! Lila was the greatest CIC girl ever! However, I've always liked Sarah. She was thoughful, considerate and just a nice person. Think of how much better the world would be if there were more Sarahs out there.
Sarah was hands down the best of the Powells, at least in my opinion. However, I can see why some people might not like her though.

I also really liked Lila! I mean I like Nicole but Lila had something speical about her. Her and Nicole would have been good.

I always thought that Josie Davis was really beautiful even when she was on Charles in Charge. I notice that by the last season, Josie easily towers over Nicole Eggert. So she was already right then and there, "blossoming" into her looks. I wonder if Sarah was considered the more "nerdy", plain, and less desirable Powell sister compared to Jamie because of her less than stylish wardrobe. Sarah was often dressed in pastel colored pants, a floral print tee shirt, and a ponytail.
