They should have had Sue Ann make a cameo in the later seasons episode where Blair is milking a cow in Iowa (with the mountains in back when Iowa doesn't have any mountains).

Ha! I can see why you'd ask that, but that's actually green fields back there.

All these photos are from CAMERA FILM back in the nineteen hundred and nineties! I've always loved nature photography. I was a little Molly Parker in a Sue Ann 'hood!

Haha! She does make great pancakes, sans blueberries, lol--and great French toast! Oo-la-la!

Yeah, those Iowa mountains were a little silly. But I do like the fact that they shot part of that episode outside of the studio itself. Those brief moments are kinda nice. Very rare, but also quite nice.

I wondered if maybe those were just fields.

The photos are great!

The last one actually reminds me of something Blanche from the Golden Girls would have hung in her bedroom. I guess it's the green leaves with the pastel pink sky. And it follows the Rule of Thirds, so "Nice composition!"

Well thanks... And I see what you mean about Blanche. The corn stalks even look kind of like "cousins" of the banana palm fronds!

I love how the pink at the top blends into orangey at the bottom.

Definitely! Thanks so much for sharing these, and the time you took to sort through, scan, and upload!

I was still hoping to get some nice photos of Lorimar's latest Disney vacay, though!

Yes, very "palm frondy" look, just like her bedroom.

You're reminding me of early season 1 on "The Golden Girls":

Dorothy: "Stan, she flew all the way here from Maui!"

Chrissy: "Oh that's alright! I'm a stewardess. I fly for free!"

Dorothy: "Well, the thought should count for something."

----

Retro: "Thanks so much for sharing these and the time you took to sort through, scan, and upload!"

'80s: "Oh that's alright! I'm our family's photo archivist. I already had these stored on a family photo website!"

Retro: "Well, the thought should count for something."

I wasn't there!

Well, actually...I kind was! He's "visited home with me" and I've "been to Disney World with him".

I mean, even a photo of a plate of delicious meatloaf from the Prime Time Cafe would be terrific. Just sayin'.

I love the pink sky in the second photo.

The first photo reminds me of the opening credits of 1979-era One Life to Live, which my mom watched religiously during that era... one of my earliest TV memories.
