:hug: My anxiety stems more from childhood memories. I had a really hard family life and when the memories flood back I start to lose it. Sometimes I wish I could be lobotomized to wipe the memory slate clean, but the Valerian really helps calm me down.

It shouldn't be that hot... its usually in the low 70s or 80s.. In Bakersfield, it'll be in the 50s or 60s.
