Anyone have any idea what it means when your laptop is working, but the screen isn't? I hear it go on, you know that glorious sound when it starts, but there's no picture. It happened earlier while I was packing to leave school, and I had music playing and then I went to move the mouse to do something, and the screen wouldn't come back on. I see nothing. I'm on our home computer right now. I'm wondering if I hit something but I have no idea what.

Thank Roby. I didn't get a chance to try that though because my dad took it to get fixed. Hopefully it isn't too serious. I don't have anything backed up. Definitely going to do that if it gets fixed.
