It's going to be back up in the mid-80s in the next couple of days down here. I looked outside this afternoon and it was so beautiful, with a crisp feeling to the air. If it's muggy and wet outside for a while, it's gorgeous after it clears out and moves on. You'd never know it'd been funky the day before.

Actually that one was from a 1983 article. This following article goes with that picture. This was from the 1984 fall preview edition and previewed the series Cover UP. Notice how the article had a lot of humor then.
Psst. Over here. In the shadows. They wouldn't give us the pilot for this one. But we have our sources. Cover Up, says our informant, is about two globe-trotting private investigators named Mac Harper ( Jon-Erik Hexum) and Danielle Reynolds (Jennifer O'Neill). " Mac" our source whispered, "used to be in the special forces. Dani is the beautiful widow of a murdered intelligence officer." Nice work, we said admiringly; what else do you know? "Well" said Deep Larynx, slipping back into the shadows, "he poses as a male model and she works as a fashion photographer. Neat eh? They jet around the world, helping out Americans in trouble." Excellent, we said, handing him a fat white envelope marked "Mole." Anything else? "Yes," he murmured. "One more thing. Richard Anderson also stars as Henry Towler, a high Government official." Then he was gone. But we had our story. "Cover Up-hah! CBS. Pictured(l-r): Jon-Erik Hexum, Jennifer O'Neill.

It probably won't be on until sometime in the fall unless they start airing 2 episodes a day.

Sorry about your cramps. :(

Yes, he does. Ugh, that stinks. Maybe we'll get this sucker moving faster tonight.

Which reminds me: Sonny, I read the article from TV Guide - they did have a sense of humor then. The name they put in place of Deep Throat was a clever touch. hahaha

I'm glad you saw it. The editors of TV Guide were better back then. I do got the fall preview edition with Voyagers in it and it also has the same humor as this one. I'll post it within the week.

Should you choose to watch it, don't be surprised if you're just a little bit spooked. I remember watching it when I was 6 years old - I'm almost 30 and it still does to me now what it did to me then. Actually, you'd probably be better off renting the (full-length) movie.

 Allison, we're both milk fiends! That's a lot of milk to drink up, especially since you just bought it yesterday. When I buy milk, I make sure it's by the gallon. In less than a week, that sucker is GONE. Milk =
