Thumbs down Annie Potts hair

Does anyone agree that her new hairstyle isn't that good? It looked a lot better on Any Day Now before she ever cut it off.

I know someone who thinks her hair looked really bad in the later episodes of "Designing Women". (But the ones still with Suzanne and Charlene) The ones where it was real dark. There was one episode, it was fairly early in the run of the show, where she had it like Doris Day's, except sticking out to the left and right more, and it was real light. Looked kinda weird.

Hey, Annie said on The View that people are going up to her and saying, "You were more attractive with your hair longer". I think it would hurt my feelings if someone came up to me and told me they didn't like my new haircut. I think she looks just as great now as she did back then, if not better. If I saw her, I'd tell her how much I loved it. Think about if it was you.

Well imo I don't like short hair on women. I loved her fluffy red hair. "Hell Cat red in her hair" and it made her look pretty. The short hair isn't all that cool but it's her hair so let her do what she wants.

Yeah, whether or not you like someone's hair, if THEY like it, it should stay how it is; that's what matters. Unless it's some sort of hairstyle that would incite people to riot, then it's bye-bye hair-do

I wasn't so fond of it when I forst saw it but after rewatching "Defending Our Kids: The Julie Posey Story" and the Designing Women Reunion over and over, I rather enjoy it. Either way she'll always be beautiful; no matter what she does with her do. (IMO)

I think a woman has to be incredibly beautiful to have very short hair. Otherwise, I think most women look better with longer hair. Not long, but not very short.

Yep I agree. Now her hair is just way to short. She needs to let it grow some more.

There are some women who looked good with short hair. Some look better after cutting their hair especially when the Dorothy Hamil do was in. Here are some:
Bonnie Franklin
Cloris Leachman
Phylicia Rashad (the last few episodes in the final season of the Cosby Show)
Linda Lavin (even though I preferred her long hair especially in seasons 3-4)
Nancy Dussault
Joan Lunden (I preferred her hair longer as well)
Mary Tyler Moore

It did look prettier when it was long, but I'm sure it was a hassel to style it.

My first main exposure to Annie Potts was as the receptionist in Ghostbusters, and she had really short hair in that movie.

She virtually looks unrecognizable in that movie when compared to her typical look on Designing Women with the big, curly red hair:

Here's one of my favorite hairstyles for Annie. I really like how some of her curls are dancing around her eyes, she looks so attractive:
