The episode is called End of Days and it airs May 13th on UPN, the episode description will come later just wanted to get this up so fans will remember the airdates of the final episodes of Buffy

Also Angel returns in this episode.

I'm sad that the show will be ending but i dont blame her...i'm sure she was getting tired of fighting those demons every week...Shoot i was getting tired for her.

End of Days

Faith deals with a time bomb and Buffy adds a powerful weapon to her arsenal in the penultimate episode, which sets up the series finale. An inventive script pays homage to King Arthur and Excalibur as Buffy draws a scythe from a stone to combat the icy priest Caleb (Nathan Fillion). Even this murderer of the cloth fears the mystic blade. “I let her go, she slices me open with that thing,” he says. The First, Caleb's mentor and the Scoobies' long-time nemesis, says Buffy will be dealt with “when she's got her back turned.” The Slayer's back is already turned to the pair---she's busy saving the Potentials from Ubervamps after an explosion incapacitates Faith (Eliza Dushku).

Oh Slayer Faith, I have good news for you. I was at TV Guide Online, and the week after the finale is a repeat of Buffy, so UPN might just air the episode you missed last week during the summer.
