Did WJM have a 10 p.m. newscast - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

One has to first assume that it would be at 10 p.m. if since the station is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in the Central Time Zone. Unless, I'm missing something, did WJM on The Mary Tyler Moore Show only really have a 6 p.m. newscast? If that's the case, was it simply because they were the lowest-rated station in town and as a small station, didn’t have a lot of staff?

AS a fan of the show it always seemed to me that their news broadcast was @6, not 10. It seemed like the end of their working day's culmination after coming in bright and early.
