In the early '90s, David Lynch followed up the success of "Twin Peaks" by venturing into the world of sitcoms — and it all went horribly, horribly wrong.

David Lynch, the bizarre mind behind Eraserhead and Twin Peaks, is known for making the unknown but frightening and also endearing. But I bet you didn't know that while Twin Peaks was finishing its 2nd season, David Lynch was busy making an entirely new show all about the making of television and how much of a pain it can be.

"On The Air" was the physical incarnation of David Lynch's love-hate-relationship with television and boy did people do a lot more loving than hating this show.

Join me as we go through the pilot episode and get a taste for what David Lynch considers "comedy".
