Boy Meets World documentary debuting at Tribeca

A new documentary titled Doc Meets World is set to make its world premiere at the 2026 Tribeca Festival. The film chronicles the journey of original cast members Danielle Fishel, Will Friedle, and Rider Strong as they revisit their childhood fame through their popular rewatch podcast, Pod Meets World.

Danielle Fishel, Rider Strong and Will Friedle have been TV stars and podcast stars, but they now jump to the big screen in a new documentary having its world premiere at the Tribeca Festival, "Doc Meets World." The film follows the three "Boy Meets World" alumni as they perform live shows of their popular rewatch podcast, "Pod Meets World."

The day before the film's premiere and a final (and they mean final) live show, the three '90s icons stopped by 30 Rock to discuss all things New York City, connecting with fans and the emotions that have transpired between them since the show premiered in 1993.

For seven unforgettable seasons, our first guests grew up right before our eyes on one of television's most beloved coming-of-age shows, "Boy Meets World."
