I never figured out why Mighty Morphin Power Rangers became an iconic 90's hit with kids. But I was obsessed with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and had all the action figures dolls and even dressed up as Kimberly the pink ranger for Halloween once and I could see why this series would begin a mega franchise for FOX because it was full of action and fighting without being violent for kids. But when Saban made Mighty Morphin Power Rangers their Caesar's Empire they knew that an action series for kids would soon grow popular and with a Mighty Morphin Power Rangers movie simply titled Mighty Morphin Power Rangers The Movie they knew the success would pay off and with kids buying merchandise and Power Rangers toys on Santa's Wish List during 90's Christmases Saban knew what sold well. And based on the success of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers they did similar success with VR Troopers and the same thing happened too. But in general why Mighty Morphin Power Rangers is still a iconic franchise in kids TV today is because it has a mighty fanbase of adults that grew up watching the show as kids in the 90's and they want to show their own children their childhood shows
