What if VERSANT, a new publicly traded company being spun off from Comcast NBCUniversal that will house many of their cable networks (e.g. USA Network), was bought out by Nexstar (the current majority owners of the CW television network) and then used to boost up the CW's sports division, CW Sports and steal away more sports rights deals via a merger?
