I wish more shows would show women not only being single but being childfree. Way too many shows portray women as wanting babies, being desperate to get married, love shopping and weddings etc. I fit in all of the categories because I like sports more than babies (I don't like babies at all), I don't care about shoes and am childfree and single (and refuse to settle).

Due to varies reasons, women are trending to be single/single moms. With the divorce rate at around 55% and multiple marriages is now more common for divorce females then males. Divorce females after their third marriage tend to stay single too. Females have more opportunities in the workplace along with less time to find a companion, adds to single females. Most females are not taught how to find "mister right" like those in the upper brackets income families with finishing schools having classes on dating and marriage that are mandatory in order to graduate. Ladies are more like guys now, seeking one night stands and do not care much about who the guy is as long as he is appealing to them at the local bar or online dating sites. Society just views being single less of a stigma then years ago for females.
