Question Is Joyce DeWitt legally prohibited from discussing Suzanne Somers

Or more specifically, the circumstances behind Suzanne's departure from Three's Company around the fifth season in 1980? Somebody on YouTube said that this is the reason why publicly discussing Suzanne was off-limits.

Somebody else said that it's really because Joyce just doesn’t want to go there anymore. At some point, you have to leave unpleasantness in the past. And maybe since Suzanne is no longer alive, there's the feeling of not wanting to remotely "speak ill of the dead".

Simple answer in my opinion, no. The interview was centered around John Ritter with Amy being his wife. Yes they touched upon other featured actors from the show, but it was mainly a Joyce Dewitt interview with her memories of John. From her answer about her being the last surviving original cast member when she basically said that she cant worry about it, I think she only wants to deal with happy times in show and the past is the past. I don't think she is trying to make ill will.

Yeah but Her and Suzanne made up and reunited didnt they? its on Youtube. there have been two instances now where no mention is made of Suzanne. likes she didnt exist. Joyce's latest interview and there was a reunion special with Joyce, Richard, Jennilie Harrison and Priscilla Barnes. its about 1 hour and Suzanne is not mentioned at all!!!! they mention, Norman Fell, Don Knotts and Audra Linley. but Suzanne is completely left out. its pretty disrespectull. you can talk about the good times with Suzanne and how funny she was on the show. the problems dont need to be touched on.
