How can the demise of Linda from Blue Bloods not be on this list??? No, we didn't see what was done to her, but when we got word about, no one knew that such a horror was going to happen.

P.S. What happened to Lucy on ER was awful and when Dr. Carter fell apart in front of Dr. Benton a few months later after realizing that rehab had to be done for his prescription drug addiction, I wanted to put my arms around him because he got hooked on that medicine from being the surviving victim of Abby's murder.
