Most would consider Roseanne a 90s sitcom, vast majority of its original run was there.

I don't disagree. But they included Seinfeld which ruled 90s TV. No one was watching it in 1989 and it was almost cancelled too. It did not take off until 1991 or 1992 and then became the most watched TV show of the mid 90s.
