“The Cosby Show” and “Kate & Allie” were filmed in New York…
Was it not the main performances where it was obvious, but all of the guest stars and extras? Was there just something very different about the acting styles you’d see on West Coast shows from that same time period? Did New York actors seem less…glossy and more down to earth to put things in to perspective?
