John Ross Bowie is set to reprise his fan-favorite role as Barry Kripke in the as-yet-untitled spinoff, TVLine has confirmed.

Taking 3 loved but peripheral characters and giving them their own show has been tried before.

It was called AfterMASH the first time, and it wasn't good.

Comedy...what makes people laugh...changes over time and The Big Bang Theory has already had its moment.

Caveat: It all depends on the writing. If the writing is good enough, my expectations for this may change.
