TMC Member Forum Idol Join Date: Jan 09, 2001 Posts: 125,093	Were Wanda and Bernie meant to keep the kids? The kids were supposed to be with them until his sister got better in rehab. If the kids were in foster care, then Stacy's rights would've been terminated after 2 or 3 years. But after 6 years, one would think that Wanda and Bernie should've made it official by going after legal guardianship permanently or trying to adopt.
