As Fox Sports tries to get former FS1 hairstylist Noushin Faraji's lawsuit dismissed, former Fox Sports star Bayless and current host Taylor have asked the court for relief. Bayless’ defense attempts to absolve the former Undisputed host of any wrongdoing, claiming that Faraji “consented” to the alleged acts, according to Awful Announcing. Taylor’s defense similarly contends that any alleged emotional distress experienced by Faraji was due to “outside factors” unrelated to the alleged conduct.

Fox Sports reportedly sidelines Joy Taylor from FS1's Speak following harassment lawsuit

Taylor, ex-FS1 personality Skip Bayless and FS1 executive Charlie Dixon were among the names mentioned in a lawsuit filed in January by former Fox hairstylist Noushin Faraji in early January. Faraji accused Taylor of harassment on the basis of ethnicity. Taylor has denied the accusation. But according to Front Office Sports, Taylor has been sidelined this week after returning from vacation with "little explanation."
