Extant (summer sci-fi drama starring Halle Berry that aired on CBS 2014 and 2015) had a really good 1st season. But season 2 was awful, I dropped it halfway through. I wasn't the only one, ratings were a lot worse and there was no season 3.

Glee gets my vote. While I thought seasons 2 and 3 were okay, I chose to stop watching after that.
