The first "1995-1997" option in the poll (in-between 1993 and the second 1995-1997 option) was supposed to be "1994". That particular theme was first used by NBC at Super Bowl XXVIII on January 30, 1994 and was continued to be used through the 1994-95 AFC Championship Game on January 15, 1995.

The 1995-1997 theme would be my personal pick:

This was the last theme that NBC used as the AFC package holder (the final time that NBC used it was for Super Bowl XXXII between the Denver Broncos and Green Bay Packers) and prior to their nine year hiatus from airing NFL games.

Randy Edelman composed this theme. It just has this great majestic, whimsical, almost heroic quality to it. It's also like a sweeping military march that makes great usage of the NBC chimes.
