Albums disliked by the artists themselves or fans that sold well - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I'm specifically talking but decent or otherwise successful albums that sold well or had hits on the album but the album was seen either by fans or the artists or band themselves as a failure/step back without being an out and out career killer.

With that being said, are there any examples of a once popular/well selling album that fans or artists/bands have since disavowed or otherwise tend to not like as much?

Tanya Tucker said in her autobiography that TNT is the album that almost killed her career.

7800° Fahrenheit by Bon Jovi. The band hates it, but the fans warmed up to it (no pun intended?).

I like IN AND OUT OF LOVE on that album!

The album VEEDON FLEECE by Van Morrison is insanely good even though he doesnt like it..
