Where did the Chuck Norris version leave off?

The only thing that I hated about the last episode was Trivette ending up in the hospital after his car exploded because before that even happened, him and Walker had just found out about what really happened to C.D. Trivette wanted first crack at the people responsible. Well because of his car explosion, his wish never did take place.
