Thandiwe Newton is the latest new cast member to join “Wednesday” Season 2.

Variety has learned exclusively that Newton will star in the second season of the megahit series.



Exact character details are being kept under wraps.

Reps for Netflix declined to comment.

Wednesday Season 2's New Cast Update Helps Make Up For Hit Sci-Fi Show's Divisive Cancelation 2 Years Ago

Wednesday season 2 has added Thandiwe Newton to its cast, and a role in the Netflix show will make up for the cancelation of her last TV series.
