Oh No Russi Taylor, dead at 75

https://people.com/movies/russi-tayl...se-dies-at-75/

She was the voice of Martin Prince on The Simpsons...I wonder who will replace her?

Martin is a minor enough character that I'm guessing that they'll just probably do away with him. He's more minor than Edna Krabappel was and they did away with her when Marcia Wallace died.

Russi Taylor was also the voice of Disney's Minnie Mouse since 1986 and as well as Donald Duck's nephews Huey Dewey And Louie and Webby from the original Ducktales and was married to the late Wayne Allwine who provided the voice of Mickey Mouse in the 90's. Other characters on The Simpsons that Russi Taylor voiced were the twins Sherri and Terri. Russi Taylor and Wayne Allwine were known as Disney's power couple because when it came to animated cartoons Russi Taylor and Wayne Allwine made a perfect pair. I also wonder who will take Russi's place in the role of Sherri and Terri on The Simpsons?

The Simpsons recasts Martin Prince and Sherri and Terri Mackleberry following Russi Taylor's death

The Fox animated series usually phases out characters when the voice actor dies. But showrunner Al Jean announced that voice actress Grey DeLisle is taking over Taylor's roles following her passing in July.

Russi Taylor's final The Simpsons performance airs on Sunday

The prolific voice actress, who died over the summer, plays Martin Prince one final time on Sunday's episode. "It turned out to be an epic farewell, one Russi would have loved," tweeted Simpsons writer Matt Selman.

Jean wants The Simpsons to be the show that survives Nuclear Fallout...next to parasite wasps and Twinkies.

I have lost so much respect for the producers of The Simpsons now. Way to run an iconic classic into the ground.

I now HATE The Simpsons because they're the Elmo of Prime-Time Television...I even have 16 reasons why I HATE The Simpsons...

16-It Isn't Matt Groening's Show...if it was up to him...he'd cancel the show a long time ago.
15-Too Much Happening
14-Where the **** is Springfield?
13-Animation Domination...the 90's concept between The Simpsons and Beavis and Butthead.
12-The writing staff
11-Not Much Pop Culture
10-The Principal and the Pauper...Armin Tamzarian...'nuff said!
9-Not much shock
8-Too Many Characters
7-Too Many Crossovers...what next, The Simpsons meet Mickey Mouse?
6-It's a cash-cow show...this is why Al Jean won't let the show cancel!
5-Have celebrities because we can!
4-The Time Slide!
3-Recycled Episodes...watch "Bart vs Australia" then "Blame it on Lisa"...they're practically the same ep!
2-Death of the voice actors...with Russi Taylor being replaced...I don't expect much!
1-It's been on for too damn long!...And yet...they'll NEVER STOP The Simpsons!

This is the show that never ends,
Yes it goes on and on my friend!
Some people started watching it, not knowing what it was,
And they've continue watching it forever just because...

Yes, that was the episode that made me turn on the series. That's when I knew the writers didn't care about the show anymore and that it had jumped the shark. Seymour Skinner is an "imposter", yet was drawn to have the exact same features as Mrs. Skinner. Whatever.

And sadly...that was when I started watching The Simpsons...now I wish I NEVER watched an episode of The Simpsons!

The Simpsons were forbidden at my house and I sooooo wish it was that way! And if I ever have a family (which will happen when The Simpsons get cancelled)...it will NEVER be seen in my house...I'll let my children watch Family Guy, Beavis and Butthead, King of the Hill, South Park, and even Futurama before they see The Simpsons!

Mr. Cleveland, aren't you being a little over dramatic? I like the show. It's not as good as it once was but I still find it funny.
