Why 'The Boys' Should End the Same Way as the Comics 'The Boys' as a TV show has a totally separate plot from its namesake comics in many ways, but the final season should mirror the ways the comics end. The Blink-and-You’ll Miss It ‘Supernatural’ Easter Eggs in ‘The Boys’ 'Supernatural' creator Eric Kripke is the man behind 'The Boys,' so it's no wonder that there'd be some crossover.
