Kelsey Grammer is bringing back more laughs as "Frasier" has been renewed for a second season at Paramount+. Season 2 will continue to film in front of a live studio audience at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles.

“Fraiser is a love story, and I am very happy we will be allowed to continue it. I’m delighted that our partners at CBS Studios and Paramount+ are on board for another season, and I can’t wait for the fans to see what we have in store!” said Grammer in a statement.

It's good news. It was a passable first season, and I think it should improve.

If Kelsey Grammer achieves his dream deep-cut original character cameo in Frasier reboot season 2, their appearance would address its Daphne problem.

"Frasier" Sets Season 2 Premiere Date on Paramount+

"Frasier" is returning to Paramount+ with two Season 2 episodes on September 19. Additional new individual episodes will follow weekly on Thursdays in the U.S. and Canada.

Season 2 will see Frasier return to his radio roots at KACL in Seattle for an episode. The episode will feature previously announced guest stars stepping back into their roles from the original series including Dan Butler, Edward Hibbert and Harriet Sansom Harris.

Frasier Crane is back in the radio booth at Seattle's KACL in Frasier's Season 2 trailer

Season 2 of the revival series, premiering on Paramount+ on Sept. 19, will feature return of Harriet Sansom Harris and Peri Gilpin, plus Patricia Heaton joining the cast.
