This was the most ridiculous decision ever to yank this episode. Thank goodness they came to their senses and reversed it. Blackface is wrong and racist. But this scene in GG was not blackface. The scene was set up brilliantly with everyone playing a reverse stereotype. The future in-laws who were black mistakenly thought Dorothy was a maid because she was dusting. Dorothy had no issue with race but her future daughter in-laws age while the in-laws who were black had an issue with Michael being white. Then Rose and Blanche walk in the room with mud on their face. Michael's future mother in law says, you must be Michael's parents after mistaking Dorothy for a maid. At no time were Rose and Blanche trying to be black. It was furthering the reverse racial sterotype that Michael was black and his parents hired a white maid.
It all was a joke poking holes in the traditional racial stereotypes. It worked brilliantly and it was sad when people accused this comedy scene as racist.

So that is how an episode was missing on Disney+.
Now I can only hope that they will follow Hulu's lead and let us watch it on their service in the future.
