We talked about songs that were forgotten even though they were big hits in their time. But what about the reverse?

Not every country station played "The Thunder Rolls" from Garth Brooks or "Independence Day" from Martina McBride when the two songs were first released. Eventually the songs did go on to get more attention because of what they both address.
