Some actors may only enjoy a long run in a single TV series, but this actor managed to do it twice in a row, and both shows were a success.

Neil Flynn was great on both Scrubs and The Middle, but I like Mike Heck from The Middle slightly more than I do the Janitor on Scrubs. I never liked how the Janitor had it in for J.D. for absolutely no reason, it just made him seem mean and basically a bully. Maybe he would've been a little more likable if they'd given us a reason why he was such a jerk to JD.
