I wonder if Jimmy Fallon should get an honorary mention, especially after the news of him allegedly fostering a toxic work environment came about. Even on when he was a cast member on SNL, he was seen as being truly an unfunny, mugging hack who relied entirely on everyone else around him being funny.

I didn't watch the video because the list as posted by TMC has a glaring error, at number 6 Greg Gutfeld. By any objective standard applied Gutfeld's show was and is a smash. His show appearing on a cable news network was successfully competing with the other late night network shows on over the air stations! On several occasions he beat all three of them. That was in and of itself amazing. I believe the format he uses will eventually be copied and used by the other late night shows within the next decade.
