Default Tori Spelling Forcefully Removed From Home Due To Neighbor With Assault Rifle

Quote:
Tori Spelling has found herself in another despicable housing situation after she was forced to evacuate her current home by cops for a neighbor barricaded with an assault rifle.

The '90210' actress reportedly had to leave in a frenzy because a neighbor was holed up with an AR-15 assault weapon and a reported hostage.

According to multiple reports, Tori was seen leaving her Los Angeles rental home on Wednesday, October 18, following a situation involving an armed male neighbor who was eventually arrested following the standoff.

SWAT team were on site and seen whisking the African-American man, who donned a white T-shirt and blue basketball shorts, away while his arms were handcuffed to the back.

The "BH90210" actress looked disheveled and stressed, wearing a simple yellow T-shirt with loose dungarees cargo pants, and white-and-blue sneakers. She covered her hair with a black beanie while wearing oversized glasses. The television personality managed to accessorize with a choker.

At one point, the "Stori Telling" actor was seen running down the street clutching her iPhone. Later, when other spectators joined her, the 50-year-old bowed her head and slouched.

The year has been less than ideal for the "Scary Movie 2" actress with regard to her housing situation and even her relationship with her estranged husband, Dean McDermott. It all began in May when the California native opened up about enduring a mold situation in her home that made her children sick.

In an Instagram post, Tori uploaded pictures capturing her kids in the hospital — one of her kids was seen lying in a hospital bed — while lamenting, "Let's talk about MOLD. Here we are again at Urgent Care. We've all been on this continual spiral of sickness for months. Sick. Get better. To get sick again."

She continued, "Used to think… well, that's what happens when you have young kids in school. They continually bring sicknesses home. But, when it gets to the point where they are at home sick more than being in school, we had to reassess what was going on."

Tori divulged that she hired an inspector and found "extreme mold in our home." "We now know that when the house was labeled a health hazard and not liveable, that wording was FACT. We now GET IT! It's hard to just uproot a huge family," she wrote.

Afterward, the daughter of film producer Aaron Spelling moved to a $ 100-per-night motel with her five kids. However, the family soon upped and moved into an RV home with the children. The group was seen at Ventura County campground in a Sunseeker E450 RV, and Tori has actively shared pictures from their day-to-day living.

Sources say McDermott wasn't pleased with his living situation because he believed his estranged wife did it for "sympathy." An insider claims the actor is "furious," and family friends are worried for Tori.

"They do not understand why she would be doing this unless for sympathy. She has money. Dean does not think that the kids should be living like this and of course he is angry. He is furious at Tori because she is acting like a child."

However, Tori's brother, Randy Spelling, had the opposite reaction to his sister's living situation. In an interview, the lifestyle guru said, "Some people where I live would say being in an RV would be a vacation, but then it gets sort of thrown out that there's homelessness."

He continued, "She's doing wonderful. One thing I'll say about Tori is she's creative, she's inventive, she's strong, and she's resilient. We all struggle at times, and she's finding her way. She's incredibly creative, strong, and she's doing well right now."

Tori's forced evacuation comes amid McDermott reportedly moving on with a new girlfriend. The "Chopped Canada" host was seen out and about with a lady now identified as Lily Calo. She is a 32-year-old senior account executive at Conscious Community Global in LA.

The duo was seen holding hands and getting cozy during the stroll. Per reports, the pair met while working on a project together with the "creative development team" at the health and human services organization.
