Default Marvel's Iron Man 1990's version

In the 90's to go along with the 90's version of Fantastic Four and the other Marvel 90's cartoons Marvel added a cartoon of Iron Man to the mix and lasted for two seasons in 1994-1995 on FOX's FOX Kids lineup. The cartoon was very different from the 60's Iron Man cartoon and featured Iron Man going on fun adventures and outsmarting villains along the way. This Iron Man cartoon like the Fantastic Four cartoon had two different theme songs with the first theme song done in a rock style with the lyrics Iron Man repeated and not the Black Sabbath hit used in the first season. And the second theme song used for Iron Man's second season was an instrumental song. Despite Iron Man's popularity this Iron Man cartoon is one few may remember

Iron Man: The Animated Series that ran from 1994 to 1996 and acted as a way for the higher ups at Marvel to introduce the character of Tony Stark to kids in the form of a Saturday morning cartoon. Hoping to be the next Batman: The Animated Series or X-Men, it managed to be worse than both. This week, we delve into two episodes, one from Season 1 and one for Season 2 both of which feature Hawkeye in the lead up to the Disney Plus series. It might help with SEO or something I'm honestly not sure. Thanks for watching!

I let the fates decide what I'll watch on Disney+ (mostly). Every day a RANDOM number is selected from the internet and it correlates to a movie or TV series currently playing on Disney+. Whatever is picked, I watch it, whether I want to or not!

We've completed ONE FULL YEAR of watching something new on Disney+ with no idea what the next day holds until we finish talking about what we just saw. We've got lots more Disney goodness (and not so goodness) to come in year two. And we ain't stoppin' until we run out of new content, which means we've got years to go until that (maybe) happens. Watch along and let us know what you think.

It’s everyday that you see Stan Lee himself appearing in live-action in every episode of an animated series, but yeah, Iron Man The Animated Series did have that privilege. In fact, head writer for Season 2 of the cartoon, Tom Tataranowicz, even claims that it was his contribution to the Iron Man cartoons that inspired Jon Favreau to come up with the idea of his Iron Man movie, which would go on to become the first MCU movie in 2008. So Iron Man The Animated Series was released in September 1994 as part of a syndicated Marvel block called The Marvel Action Hour, which packaged Iron Man back-to-back with Fantastic Four (and later The Incredible Hulk). While the first season seemed a little disjointed, the second one had a completely new creative team. Like a Korean animation company named Koko Enterprises was taking care of the animation, Tom Tataranowicz came in as the writer, and William Kevin Anderson created the whole new I Am Iron Man theme song. But probably the biggest change here was Iron man’s long hair. Of course, with Batman The Animated Series and X-Men The Animated Series doing amazingly well, Marvel wanted to ride the tide and make some more bucks, which is how this Iron Man Cartoon came into existence, and looking back, it feels like Iron Man did not stand a chance from the very beginning cause of a slightly flawed and disjointed first season, but it still had a second season, and there was even a proposed third one, but the question is how did the cartoon really end? And did that ending have a role to play in the cancellation of this lost opportunity? Let’s find out.
