I don't agree with that list at all. I don't think Hawkeye is all that likeable, in fact his character was largely the reason I didn't watch M*A*S*H for years. I think they're confusing likeability with some other quality, charisma or interesting or something.

I'd personally say Potter is the most likeable, followed probably by Radar.

I don't know, hard to say without ranking them all. Somewhere in the upper half though, probably. Certainly no higher than third.
