Rolling Stone recently made a list of what they consider to be among the 50 worst decisions in television history. Among the sports related picks were:

24. ESPN decides that Rush Limbaugh would make a good football commentator (2003)

And really that's about it. Now over 14 years ago, Sports Media Watch made a list about what they considered to be among the worst sportscasting decisions and personnel moves of the 2000s.

CBS in December 1993 losing their broadcasting rights to the National Football Conference in the National Football League to the Fox network has to be up there.

Then again, in hindsight, Dennis Miller couldn't possibly been worse than Booger Macfarland and Jason Witten down the line.
