Of all sitcoms I think the GG had the best B plots. The writing was just so good that it made for such a good show at least in the first 3-4 seasons. Then it just got ridiculous and became a generic traditional sitcom of stupidity.

All of the serious Season 05 episodes were ruined by a stupid B plot.
