The (not so) Simple Life

This year marks 20 years since the hit show The Simple Life first aired with Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, two popular rich and famous daughters who now have to give up all of their favorite things like their phones and money as they are sent out to live the simple life, from working on a farm to getting internships at many different types of places. But the amount of interesting things surrounding the show make it fun to talk about, from its importance to reality TV and how it came to be as well as the major friendship split between Paris and Nicole. Let's take a look at The (not so) Simple life!

I had never even heard of The Simple Life until I got the second season on DVD and I watched the first episode of Season 2 and found myself enjoying it and since Paris Hilton is one of my idols I found that she made the show funny. Based on liking it I got all The Simple Life seasons on DVD. To be honest I don't know how FOX got the idea to have Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton do a reality show but The Simple Life seemed to be a big hit and made Paris Hilton's popularity soar. But for Paris Hilton fans this show is worth a look at
