It isn't good. It doesn't have any big stars in it and none of the personalities are big and fun.

They aren't even making Melissa Rauch, the judge, interesting.

Yeah, I agree. Rewatching the original recently reminded me of what made it so great to me and how the same charm is missing from this one. I can count the little amusing moments I find in each episode on one hand. It's not the worst show I've ever seen, but I just find it pretty blah. I got into the original Night Court during its first run in the 80s with my mom. She's been watching the new show only for Dan pretty much, but even that hasn't been able to save it for her.

I'm still going to tune in but I'm pretty underwhelmed.
