With NBC’s Night Court revival renewed for Season 2, the way has been opened for the return of more characters from the original courtroom comedy.

They missed someone who I think is a strong possibility. Susan Diol played Dan’s sister Donna in two episodes. She is still acting. Recently reprised her show from Quantum Leap on the revival. Being his sister you do not need to explain her previous episodes to new viewers. She is just family.

I think Brent Spiner would be very open to come back. A few years ago in a podcast, before this was even first announced, probably taking about Picard he said Night Court is a show that should be revived. Sure he is now famous and maybe cost a lot but he is clearly nostalgic for the part. Maybe he would come to an agreement.
